What you can do is to sign in to one account with msn messenger and with another one with windows messenger and maybe you can have a third one open at the same time by using webmessenger at http://webmessenger.msn.com
I hope this helps.

Webmessenger is good usualy when somebody is at college or somewhere that there isn't messenger installed. But with jaws it has got a little problem. It doesn't display the new messages automatically. What i do is to click on the send button even if i didn't type anything and it usually displays the new messages or some other people said that they just do alt+tab and it does the same job. And it also doesn't work well if there are pop up blockers.
